By using NoUpload Privacy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Description of service
NoUpload Privacy is a browser-based anonymization tool that uses an AI model to detect and redact personally identifiable information (PII) from text. All processing happens locally on your device. The service is currently provided free of charge.
Acceptable use
You may use NoUpload Privacy for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual property
NoUpload Privacy and its design, code, and branding are the proprietary property of the operator. The AI model (OpenAI Privacy Filter) is subject to its own license terms. You retain all rights to your text and anonymization results.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the anonymization results will be accurate, complete, or error-free. AI-powered PII detection may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading output. You are solely responsible for verifying all results before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate anonymization output, data loss, or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NoUpload Privacy complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for verifying the accuracy of any output.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. These terms remain in effect for as long as you use the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the application. The updated terms will include a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, nothing in this clause limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law grants that right, and you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
